Pirates to offer popular "You Score as the Bucs Score" promotion this week

The Pittsburgh Pirates today announced the return of the popular fan-value "You Score as the Bucs Score" promotion, offering fans the opportunity to save each time the Pirates score against the San Diego Padres this week.

For every run the Pirates score during the three-game series in San Diego on June 2-4, fans will receive one dollar off the purchase price of Lower Outfield Box and Outfield Box seats for each game during the four-game series vs. the Chicago Cubs at PNC Park on Monday, June 9 through Thursday, June 12. The regular advance purchase price for Lower Outfield Box seats is $35, while Outfield Box seats are $30, so if the Pirates score 15 runs this week in San Diego, individual tickets will be made available for just $20 per game in the Lower Outfield Box section and $15 in the Outfield Box section throughout the four-game series at PNC Park.

Games eligible for discount:
Monday, June 9 vs. Chicago Cubs (7:05 p.m.)
Tuesday, June 10 vs. Chicago Cubs (7:05 p.m.) Military Appreciation Night
Wednesday, June 11 vs. Chicago Cubs (7:05 p.m.)
Thursday, June 12 vs. Chicago Cubs (7:05 p.m.)

The promotion will take place during the three games in San Diego from Monday, June 2 through Wednesday, June 4 and ticket prices will be updated following each game at pirates.com/howmanyruns. Discounted tickets will go on sale approximately 30 minutes following the end of the June 4 game at pirates.com/howmanyruns or by calling 1-877-893-2827, and also will be available for purchase at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, at the PNC Park box office. The promotion will run as long as supplies last.

All three games of the Padres series in San Diego will be televised on ROOT SPORTS and can be heard on SPORTSRADIO 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh and the Pirates Radio Network.
