Pirates "You Score as the Bucs Score" tickets on sale now

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced tickets are on sale now for the "You Score as the Bucs Score" promotion that took place during the three game series in Chicago. The Pirates scored a total of 10 runs from Friday, July 5 thru today, Sunday, July 7 and tickets will now be made available for as low as $18 dollars at pirates.com/howmanyruns.

The fan-value promotion allows fans an opportunity to save one dollar for every run scored on Friday, July 5 thru Sunday, July 7 as the team takes on the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley. During the three-game series the Pirates scored six runs on Friday, one run on Saturday and 3 runs on Sunday for a combined total of 10 runs on the weekend.

For every total run the Pirates scored, fans receive one dollar off the purchase price of Lower Outfield Box and Outfield Box seats for a game during the week of Monday, July 8 thru Wednesday, July 10 as the Pirates host the Oakland Athletics at PNC Park. The regular advance purchase price for Lower Outfield Box seats is $32, while Outfield Box seats are $28. Thanks to the promotion, tickets in the Lower Outfield Box area are available now for as low as $22 and Outfield Box seats are now available for as little as $18.

Games eligible for discount:

  • Monday, July 8 vs. Oakland Athletics (7:05 p.m.)
  • Tuesday, July 9 vs. Oakland Athletics (7:05 p.m.)
  • Wednesday, July 10 vs. Oakland Athletics (7:05 p.m.)

Tickets for the promotion will be made available for purchase 30 minutes following the conclusion of today's game exclusively at pirates.com/howmanyruns. Tickets will also be available for purchase at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 8 at the PNC Park box office or by calling 1-877-893-2827. The promotion will run as long as supplies last.
