PITTSBURGH -- Monday night's game between the Rockies and Pirates at PNC Park was postponed due to inclement weather.
The clubs will make up the game with a Wednesday doubleheader in Pittsburgh. The first game will begin, as scheduled, at 12:35 p.m. ET, and Game 2 will begin 30 minutes after the end of Game 1.
Kevin Correia, slated to start Monday's game for Pittsburgh, will now take the mound for Tuesday's 7:05 p.m. start. James McDonald will start for the Pirates in Game 1 on Wednesday, with Charlie Morton in line to start the second game.
The Rockies' pitching pattern is unchanged.
Left-hander Jamie Moyer (1-2, 2.55 ERA), who in his last start became the oldest Major Leaguer to earn a win but -- more importantly -- holds the distinction of being the Rockies' most consistent pitcher, will start Tuesday night. He was supposed to start Monday.
The pitchers for the doubleheader are right-handers Juan Nicasio (1-0, 6.19) and Jhoulys Chacin (0-1, 4.80).
With a 50 percent chance of rain, Tuesday's weather forecast in Pittsburgh doesn't look to be much more favorable than Monday's.
